1. Order Processing
All orders placed on ControlShoppingCart.com are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We primarily ship orders via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Available services may include USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express, depending on your selection at checkout.
For some locations or large orders, we may use alternative carriers at our discretion.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (after order processing):
USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days Please note: These are estimates provided by USPS. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time (unless otherwise stated during checkout).
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed to USPS, ControlShoppingCart.com is not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages.
If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
We will assist with documentation (e.g., order confirmation, tracking details) to support your claim.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Refund and Returns Policy.
